Roppei, the son of a fisherman, finds a robot boy named Roppu-Kun (Which can also be interpreted as "Master Roppu") while Scuba-diving at the bottom of the sea. Roppu was a toy that a couple children from space threw away.

Roppu-Kun has a star-shaped switch on his head that both activates and de-activates him. He also has the ability to create anything.
